2. How We Use Your Information We use the collected information exclusively to fulfill your order. This includes:

• Communicating with you regarding your project.
• Writing the custom script and storyboard.
• Illustrating personalized characters based on your photographs.
• Producing and delivering the final animated video.

3. Data Storage and Deletion We value the deeply personal nature of the content you share with us. To ensure your privacy, all source materials (including your photographs and personal stories), working files, and intermediate versions are permanently deleted 5 calendar days after the final delivery of your video.
4. Data Sharing and Protection We strictly protect your confidentiality. Your photographs, personal stories, and contact details are never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties. We do not use your finished cartoon in our public portfolio or social media (such as Instagram) without your explicit prior consent.
